EZ Psychiatry PLLC is a private, physician-led boutique psychiatry practice, founded by Dr. Elizabeth Zharovsky, MD, providing psychiatric care for adults 18+ in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. We believe healthcare deserves transparency, simplicity, and a strong doctor-patient alliance.
We do not participate with insurance companies, which allows us to:
Spend more time with you during appointments
Tailor individualized, high quality care without third-party limitations
Provide straightforward, predictable pricing
We can provide you a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. If you are unfamiliar with out-of-network benefits, click here for more information. Many plans cover 50% or more after the deductible is met. EZ Psychiatry does not assist with insurance claims.
Pricing List: Our pricing is designed to be simple and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprise bills, consistent with the No Surprises Act.
Payment is due at the time of service. FSA/HSA eligible.
