Once a treatment plan has been established, you will have follow-up visits designed to monitor your progress, review any changes in your symptoms, and adjust your treatment plan if necessary. ADHD evaluation with neuropsychological testing
90-120 minutes
This is a comprehensive ADHD evaluation with a thorough, multi-step process designed to assess the presence of any cognitive or behavioral patterns that may contribute to symptoms. This evaluation includes a detailed clinical interview, standardized ADHD screening tools, and cognitive assessments to measure attention, memory, and executive functioning. You will receive a copy of a report with your testing results.

Individual psychotherapy
45 minutes
These are weekly or biweekly sessions that explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe and supportive space. We will work together to address emotional challenges, develop coping strategies, and gain deeper insight into your lived experience. Eclectic therapeutic approaches can be used to help you build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and achieve long-term personal growth.

Time-limited consultations are available for diagnostic clarification, medication review, and treatment planning. These services are offered on a consult-only basis and do not establish ongoing care.
